Facilities

The original Wine Bar and Parlour room which is over 100 years old, is now a cosy part of the fully licenced Hotel and Restaurant and displays many old photographs and memorabilia of an era long past.

The original hand sawn cedar and red mahogany beams, parallel walls and open log fires maintain the historical atmosphere of the 19th century when Cobb & Co stage coaches, bullock teams, timber cutters, graziers and other pioneers stopped here on the woolpack road from Armidale to Grafton. Adjacent is our Dining Room which also contains old history on the walls.

Here you may enjoy a delicious meal from our daily lunch and dinner blackboard menus or enjoy coffee and cake or devonshire teas, or perhaps you would like to take advantage of our beautiful garden area, and relax and overlook the river with a cold drink in your hand while you take in the spectacular views.
